Business Line of Credit:

A business line of credit is available for all your business needs.  A business LOC allows you to pay business expenses without the hassle of a trip to the bank every time you make a purchase.  With this product, you write checks for your purchases, and once your business checking account falls below $500.00, increments of $100.00 will be transferred from your line of credit to your checking account.  Your monthly statements contain information on each transaction you made as well as your payment due for that month.  You can make principal payments at any time to reduce the outstanding balance of the loan and save on interest expense, and (depending on the draw options) may have access to the full amount of the loan again.

Equipment Loans:

Our equipment loans can help with the purchase of both new and used equipment for your business.  You can choose a variety of term loans with fixed or variable rate programs.  Payments may be made either monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually.

Construction: If you are looking to construct a new building or renovate your existing business, have we got a deal for you!  Interest only payments during the construction phase allow you a flexible payment plan until you can get on your feet and generate revenue for permanent financing options

Commercial Real Estate:

Looking to start a new business or to relocate?  Real estate loans are available in both fixed and variable programs.  Payments may be made to fit your income stream either monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually.
